8/5/2023 0 Comments Citrix receiver login popup![]() ![]() If anyone can provide any more information on how to eliminate this popup, or if there is an active ticket on this issue I could join, I would appreciate it. In all cases, if we hit "cancel" on the popup, nothing happens to any active connections the popup just disappears. We even receive it when we are actively connected through our Netscaler Gateway or VPN. ![]() However, if I connect to a mobile hotspot, or if I go offsite and connect to a third-party wireless network, we receive an Authentication Manager popup about once every hour. After the reboot, as long as we are connected to our domain and the Receiver can communicate to our Storefront servers, everything works perfectly (Receiver, single-sign on, etc). I understand this is probably because the single-sign on components don't work fully until after a reboot, which is fine for the install (although 4.2 didn't provide any such pop-up). Whenever I execute an install overtop of an existing 4.2 installation, all of our settings are preserved correctly, but we get an AuthMan pop-up during installation asking for username and password. To enable the fix, set the following registry key: On Windows 32-bit systems: HKEYLOCALMACHINESOFTWARECitrixICA Client. Your Windows Virtual Environment will now open and can be used as you normally would your PC or laptop. ![]() I've tested going through versions 4.7-4.9. In StoreFront console > right-click the Store > Manage Receiver for Web > Configure > Deploy Receiver, you can turn off Receiver detection. We are still having this issue with Receiver 4.9.
